After the products arrive, we schedule a convenient installation time for you, preferably in 1-2 weeks. Installation typically takes 2 or 3 days depending on the size of the project. Our expert installation team ensures everything is installed correctly and to your satisfaction. After completion, a final walkthrough is done to make sure everything meets your expectations. Building Department and HOA Documentation

We manage all documentation required for your city's building department and assist with HOA approvals if necessary.

Verification of Product and Dimensions

After approval, if needed, from your HOA and clearance from the city's building department, we confirm final measurements, which is the key to a smooth installation process.

Product Order

Once measurements and product selections are finalized, we place the order with manufacturers and schedule a tentative installation date based on product lead times.

Installation of Product

When the product arrives from the manufacturer, we communicate and may have to adjust the installation date. We bring the product, confirm all areas around the installation are protected with plastic liners and cushioned tarp covers, and install your new windows and doors.

City Inspection and Project Fulfillment

After product installation, we schedule and are present for a city inspection and to ensure all is correct. Then we review the project details with you to make sure everything meets or exceeds your satisfaction.
